Balance means it is exactly equal, I don’t think you are ever going to have exact equal time doing both. You need to make work what makes sense for your business and parenting style.
What are the biggest lessons you have learned from business?
You can’t be afraid of making mistakes. You have to be willing to make a lot of mistakes because the quicker you fail, the quicker you can succeed.

There was no preparing me for the parenting journey. Every child is different, every journey is different so you have to learn and appreciate what you are going through at the time.

Start. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. It doesn’t exist, things are never going to align perfectly for you to launch.

Don’t listen to everything that is out there. Do things your way.
