Life doesn’t need to suck to build your business.
You can build it however you want.
Everybody’s journey is different.
No two people can build the exact same dream. It’s impossible.
I’ve made the decision on my journey to build a team and an agency.
To some people that would sound like a nightmare.
To others? It’s the dream life.
I’ve built my business with the support and help of my wife to provide a good life for my family.
I work weird hours at the office so I can drop off and pick up my kids from school every day, take them to sports after classes are over and generally spend time with my kids and my wife.

But to some people, the idea of running a real business sounds scary or boring.
I know some self employed people who outsource their work who are happy, but don’t have a team.
I know people who solopreneur it and do everything themselves, and they’re happy.
People in all walks of life with all sorts of different businesses or self employment models who are happy.
There is no right way to do this.
It’s just a system to make money.
If you can be passionate and happy with what you do, that’s a big bonus. But in the end, it’s just business.
You need to build your business to suit what’s important to you.
To me? It’s family. My family is my everything and the reason I wake up every single day.
I know I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them.
So my business is suited to put them first in every way I possibly can.
Don’t forget to stay true to who you are. It’s easy to get lost in the business world… you can forget who you are and why you started this in the first place.
Get clear on who you are and why you wanted this business in the first place.
Reflect on how you’re doing. Does your day to day look like you imagined it when you started out?
If not, redesign your processes and systems to make it happen.
